What bullshit!!! A total negation-of supposed F&F financing that multiple times we were informed and 'instructed' about how F&F funded the XTI payments prior to the $5M Auctus funding. Now ignored. YIKES!!!!!

But yes, what we do find in the last two quarterly and the 10-K filings, is that Friends and Family financing of the Eco-Aero Xeriant-to-XTI JV funds is nowhere listed, and apparently complete bullshit, or cooked filings and/or books.

Hhhmmm..., where did that F&F financing go, and why is it not accounted for?

"XERI's public statements have indicated" Xeriant Europe would be acquired, that Xeriant Europe has Movycem, and the nano-lubes company deal with current revenues too. And yet, many of Xeriant's "public statements have indicated" what we later find to be contrary to fact and eventuality.

"XERI is owed an apology!!!" The silliest thing heard all week. Totally laughable! imo
