There's a lot of interesting bits that can be drawn from the call. Most has been covered by the stocktwits apes, shorts tried to scare with the S3, but it's nothing, just smart business to keep one ready. I've seen many companies able to use them when the stock runs up hard on great news, that's when a 424B filing comes along, showing how much the "raise" was for and how many shares to be sold lol.
