Marjac, not sure if this has been addressed, but have you (or have you considered) reaching out to Sarissa and/or Baker Brothers, BVF, etc. to solicit their support or cooperation?

It's possible that Sarissa, being an activist shareholder, would at least welcome a conversation. My guess is that you have accumulated a vast sum of knowledge on the company (Amarin) and the issues surrounding the patents, that may be of value to Sarissa, et al.
