Here we are in the "should never have" domain with virtually nothing that can be done about what has happened.

These kind of atrocities are unbelievable until you see them happen yourself.

Those in power do whatever they like and the menial lay people be damned.

In this case shareholders are sandwiched between a court system loaded with judges who are either incompetent to do what they are doing or who have their own agenda and a company management which is incompetent to conduct their business.

So we are left o post on this board which reduces us to talking to ourselves.

No one else cares or is listening.

Any potential improvement to our positions will take significant time.
