Canes, You are right there - about you would not even think the whole thing is about (or were) AMRN Stock.

No reaction neither Before - Under - or now After - the Marjac Case and Orals.

In fact that is a bit hard to understand - unless someone with the power to control the SP - decided precisely that. 'There is to be no reaction in the market - to this Case'

In hindsight - you almost get the feeling 'that powerful forces in the market KNEW what was going to happen forehand'.

To be fair a number of Law educated people - that have said all the way - that chances of success were very little - without Amarin joining in.

Among them Eight' - who months back - many times - pointed to Amarin involvement necessary to have any chance of Standing.
