Marjac - two suggestions:

1. As a shareholder body what do we really want? If it a certain $ price per share or is it something else? Once we know what we want as a group then I'd propose you talk to the AMARIN board. If they can reassure you our requirements will be met in an agreed timescale then that would be a good way forward.

If they cant reassure you on our behalf then the legal route is what a number of people on here would happily progress.

2. The rule 36 judgement - if Amarin were to join you in an appeal and/or rite of cent. would that give you standing? Can Amarin come on board at this stage?
