alm, the time for filing a Petition for Certiorari, is 90 days from today. This is all fresh. Right now I do not have an angle. Maybe with some thought, we can come up with an angle.

But I have to be honest, right now I don't see it. I cannot in good faith be the recipient of raised money, unless I genuinely believe in the merits of the legal action, as I have believed every step of the way until this point. My credibility, honor, and conscience is paramount.

In terms of funding, I am not sure right now of the amount needed, but a SCOTUS Petition involves retention of a specialized printing company to format the filing. Still, we would need a good angle in terms of the issue to be decided, as only 1% of Petitions are granted.

Let's rest on it, and if you or anyone else sees a viable SCOTUS angle, by all means, let's discuss. I am very receptive to outside ideas and input. I am by no means, the smartest guy in the room.
