It's funny you bring up my credibility into question when I have proven many statements made by others to be false. like this recent quote from a poster "(which does not have to be repaid until after the uplisting). There is a 1 year time limit to maturity and a default clause of 8 months that goes into effect if the merger doesn't close within that time frame. That would be right around July 4. That is 5 months away.
Lets not talk about that.
