So much for reading the minds of the judges and their methods of questioning.

One doesn't have to be a wizard to interpret Dyk's aggressive questioning and what that meant.

And we shouldn't be so naive to believe that the panel having two of the same judges was random.

Throughout the various litigations posters on this board have been wishful.

Everyone should now move on from the litigation mentality. The significant injury was done and now affirmed a second time.

Those in charge will not go against themselves.

The US market should be minimally supported by the company with its attention turned to other markets.

This is the only way that the pps can be positively affected.

As far as Denner is concerned I'm not sure what impact he may have but perhaps he may be thinking the same way. The road to pps salvation is not to beat heads against the concrete US market wall. The generics have stolen the US market with the courts' help.
