Leaked draft executive order detailing broad police reform

Pg 8 has use of force standards and training requirements for use of force, de-escalation and deadly force. Doesn't have much detail, but at least it's included on some level. FLETC uses VirTra and trains virtually all federal LE agencies (except I think FBI, DEA and USPIS), so if it means the agencies will need to do additional, regular training/re-certs, this could be a good thing if the gov't has to purchase more equipment. Wishful thinking...
