I never called Henry a blatant liar. I only said he has a well know problem on delivering on his promises. He is known to grossly over promise and underdeliver.
He also knows hot to skillfully make certain impressions and run with them for years without actually clarifying the misunderstanding.
Like for example when for years people thought Phi group will own 100 % of American Pacific Plactic / Vinafilms International once it goes public and hence there was a belief that 51% of VF revenues will be used for share buyback without actually clarifying that after going public $Phil will only own 20% of VF International and be a minority owner.
In fact, he even said that VF revenues alone will be able to take $Phil to Nasdaq.
Did he lie? Maybe not, if $Phil would own 100% of it. But it won't.

As you see, it isn't Henry who is lying per se, but he is able to masterfully create certain impressions that benefit overall perception of his company making it appear much larger than it actually is.

Another such example is the Philux fund, where a certain group of people preparing the DD for you kept presenting the Philux fund as having billions of dollars at its disposal ready to be invested, when at the same time the financial statements stated this isn't the case and that as of September 30th 2021 total assets in Philux Global Funds stood at $34,743.

So the question is who is lying, Henry or the pumpers? I'd say Henry is very careful not to lie or talk in a way that he can always call on "forward looking statement clause" to the rescue. So when he says something will happen by such and such date (the operative word is "will") he can always say later "this was a forward looking statement and things haven't quite worked out as we have hoped for"
