They would have to buy back all the shares to go private and would be very costly to do so. To make a commercial discovery and then conceal it to take the company private before revealing it would get them sued to kingdom come. If a scenario like that would happen a large investor or some new partner would need to step up and buy all the shares back at an agreed price. It would have to be made public and although I don’t think this is the pathway it doesn’t mean its not possible as you never know what a company is planning. They are in Israel so going private would allow them to keep sensitive info private. On another note it interesting that Zion closed at .1050. Hopefully the main support at .1050 doesn’t become a new resistance level. Were either going to bounce right back over .11 or were going to hit new lows. If I was management I would be working on getting an update out right about now for a pre market Monday morning press release to help get price back up. No doubt they’re feeling it.
