By prior sources, Riley Investment Management LLC had previously held 904,389 shares. They upped their size to 1,065,540. So they likely added in open market.
Bryant R. Riley now has 14,602,486 in personal holdings of APLD. I'm guessing this is outside of the Riley company.

I don't suspect these as shares as payment for services rendered. But it's good to see that Riley is fully tied in. And another thing,capturing 1M of this on the open market will not be easy for any entity. If they have already done open market capture it's one thing but volume here might make it a 1 month project. There "should" be only 7.7M shares out there possibly for capture. This one's taking it's lumps, but maybe the market cap is where it should be! Really hard to assess it on a value point, say vs. others in the space.

So what do you think? The million purchased on open market and the 14 million their cut for doing the offering??
