Of course, there is going to be new shares issued, that's how IPOs work. The S1 stated a 25M raise but didn't clarify at what price.

The institution will price them higher at IPO than they pay for them.

Who know what news will come soon and if peeps lock up their shares it may go higher and not even need a RS or just the 1.5:1.

RS or not say the bank gets the shares for $2 if the price is above $4 and sells them at $4 or higher, (I don't know what the standard margin for an IPO is), maybe that's extreme.

But at $2 that's 12.5M shares being added to the float to be sold over $4 at IPO. Bank usually the only one selling first day or so from my understanding.

If it's priced at $3 8.3M shares added. Either way it is going to be offered at an IIPO and other institutions and non-OTC traders will be able to buy.

No one knows, we will just have to see how it plays out and manage our own risk accordingly.

Anyway, I could be wrong and I'm sure this will be picked apart, but people seem to think that those who are long don't understand the inherent risks. It's all about risk management. GLTY
