The issues go deeper imo.

I know some fool will panic, but it is what is had to be done before trying to uplist to nasdaq

FLES has been good to me in the past and I'm hopeful the company can produce & PPS moves accordingly.

However... there's a clear MONSTER MONEY-RAISE in works, with A/S now 75MM and about to undergo a *10:1 R/S, bringing O/S down below 2MM. You can rest assured many more millions in shares will be issued following the R/S.

* less than 10:1 hardly makes sense - any PPS struggles, which FLES often has, will only lead to NDQ delisting and destroy any remaining value.

Hoping for the best here...
