But, you are right, Fitzy. TGD did dilute in Q1 ... less than 100,000 shares; the other share issuances were for stock options being exercised. Look at the 10-Q in the Equity section:

FYI - Sandra is there to give a report, not answer questions. Also, you don't know what she thinks, other than she doesn't have to stay in Canada all the time, which interestingly, is where the new accountant is from.
