Why? Because what you said WAS true for assets that went to the WMILT which got dissolved on 12/31/2021

To everything WMI was entitled to and was NOT TRANSFERRED to the WMILT now COOP is entitled to because COOP is "reorganized WMI".

"With escrows gone COOP will be the sole beneficiary IF (I repeat IF) something comes back from the WMI Chapter 11"

???? Why?

The Docs STATE, .... NOTHING can go back to the Reorganized Company.
