LB...Do you think it would be helpful to E-Mail a list to the CAFC of all those who contributed to EPADI, in order to help with Marjac's appeal?...I'm sure the judges would realize that all those, who cared enough to contribute, were shareholders...substantiating what he said during the oral hearing..i.e. that the "overwhelming majority" of participants in EPADI were shareholders who had been harmed by the adverse decision of the ninth circuit court.
