Have you ever heard of the saying "A penny for your thoughts?"

Of course you have.

That's basically all there is here.

A penny for a share. That is all it is worth (perceived market value).

Why should there be upward pressure on the pps?

When you make an apple pie, doesn't there have to be something (apples) inside the pie?

Same with a company. There has to be substance.

Seems to be a never ending supply of shares available at a penny.

There is no upward pressure on the pps.?????
