Watching old NWBO Video..an Epiphany for me...

So, when LPOW talked about the very long fat tail, and the difficult decision not to Unblind the trial early, it seemed confusing.

I mean, if you know early on it can positively increase OS, would it not be cruel to keep it under wraps, and not get to the approval part and saving lives??

But it hit me, we need the longest tail possible to protect ourselves.

If we only did a 4 year trial, the next competitor only needs that long to show equal OS benefit, and if cheaper, might become SOC, at least approvable.

Thus, if we can get 7-10+ years on a long fat tail for 20-30% of patients, then I wish other Bio's good luck on that. By then, Direct trials will be done, with assuredly faster TLD.
