People seemed to be confused about what I am saying…or are suggesting I am stating something I am not.

A non-tradeable warrant has no actual value when a stock’s price is below the strike price both because it has no market to trade AND there is NO value that can be derived from exercising the warrant.

I can’t state it any more simply.

And neither can these guys…

If the market price is less than the exercise price, the warrants have no value because you could buy the shares on the market for less. Warrants acquire value only if the market price rises above the exercise price.
