Yazbeck's fears coming to fruition in court.

Judge forcing Yazbeck to produce the documents requested by defendants. Judge will decide what is relevant and allowed.

The court will hear the matter. In connection with Defendants' Motion to Compel Daniel Yazbeck's Further Responses and To Produce The Documents Requested in Requests for Production and Inspection of Documents, Set Two (ROA No. 257), the Court is inclined to conduct an in camera review of the responsive records to determine which records, if any, should be made available to Defendants. In that regard, the Court orders that the responsive documents be produced directly to the Court for in camera review by February 18, 2022. The Court thereafter will conduct a further hearing on this matter on February 25, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. The Court anticipates reviewing the documents in camera before that next hearing. The Court requests that Mr. Yazbeck's counsel do the following: (1) release to Defendants' counsel those records as to which Mr. Yazbeck has no objection, and (2) come to the February 25, 2022 hearing prepared to discuss any objections to any documents that have been withheld from Defendants' counsel. The Court reserves jurisdiction to make additional orders concerning this motion at the February 25, 2022 hearing.
