Pretty clear that INSD is not as there is no short interest of significant value and well the FTD reports requires going back to the previous December reporting to locate a single FTD of which it was a whole + or - 100 shares which settled on December 20th. So that settles all types of shorts.. Short Interest, Naked Short Selling, Abusive Naked Short Selling, not a real issue with INSD.
