95% of shares are free trading. Who said third party brokers have most of the float locked up waiting for buyback???

"Future sales of our common stock, or the perception in the public markets that these sales may occur, could reduce the market price of our common stock. Approximately 95% of our currently issued and outstanding common stock is free-trading in nature. In addition, we have outstanding numerous convertible debt instruments that are presently eligible for conversion into free-trading shares of our common stock. The availability for sale of substantial amounts of our common stock upon conversion of such debt instruments could reduce prevailing market prices for our common stock.
