"Plans to begin production" is NOT "we've begun manufacturing".

If instead, ENZC is lying in the PR, please confirm that here, and I will contact the FDA and SEC with that info!

Which is it? Are you wrong and they are not manufacturing it yet, or is the latest PR from ENZC saying they have PLANS to do so, a lie?
