TGA will not approve 2-73 until Anavex makes an application for approval. As far as we know Anavex has not done that.

If you look at the current situation Anvex has very few completed trials to make application with.

There is the P2a/b trial for AD with 33 subject. There is the first Rett trial with 31 subjects and a low dose of 2-73.

Yes the results are good so far but they aren't enough to base an NDA on.

When the full analysis of the Avatar study is available maybe there will be enough to base an NDA for Rett. Still not enough for AD.

Anavex is getting closer to an NDA but not there yet. IMHO.

If investing was easy, everyone would be rich by now.
