Mothers of Rett daughters will speak.

--really hope you are right on this---appreciate your enthusiasm !!!!

Thanks, me too.

But my enthusiasm, even if expressed cogently, won't count. As noted, the only thing that counts is what actually happened to the women with Rett taking blarcamesine. At the end of the trial, were there severe adverse events (side effects) that would preclude clinical use of the drug? And, were there statistically significant (not merely by chance) reductions in the disease's symptoms?

Positive on both accounts. In every clinical study, in either murines (lab test rodents) or in real humans, unlike most other nerve-acting drugs, there have been no disqualifying or severe side effects. Once again, blarcamesine has proven itself to be safe.

But much better was the very favorable suppression of the difficult symptoms of Rett syndrome. After learning of those there's not a single mother of any Rett patient who wouldn't petition her daughter's physician to get her on blarcamesine right off.

As noted before, for non-pediatric Rett syndrome, blarcamesine WORKS; safely. The mom's will speak much louder than me.
