This is a continuation of what happened in the US obviously.

The various entities hammered on MO for a long time.

Then the generics went after the patents.

Could that evolution be followed in the EU?

That seems like it could happen if patents were issued in various countries/markets.

They could use invalidation in the US as a stepping stone for the same pursuit in other locations.
