$SINC News : Feb - 8, 2022 retires 48M shares from outstanding shares
Melbourne, Australia, Feb 8th, 2022 - Sincerity Applied Materials Holdings Corp (OTC Pink: SINC), announced the cancellation of 48M shares from outstanding shares.



All the shares to be cancelled are out of controlling block. Post cancellation, total number of outstanding shares will be reduced to 25.26 million shares.



Instructions have been submitted to Transfer Agent, share cancellation is expected to take effect before end of Q1, 2022.
