Honestly, if there’s no buyout or transaction related angle, then I have absolutely no idea what they are trying to accomplish by their silence and inactivity.

Others have thought UK would be first. And that seems to make the most sense given the only urgency I see is the buildout of Advent. Compare what’s going on at Advent with what’s going on at NWBO; night and day - even though both entities are controlled by the same individual.
