If that is indeed the scenario what would likely happen next?
1. Release OS to be bought by investors
2. Sell their shares on the market
3. Issue more shares
4. Implement a reverse split*

*I learned that is typically to raise capital and is a bad sign so hopefully that doesn't happen. We would need to know their financials to get a better understanding.
