Thanks Ace. It appears in my opinion that this all changes with the Uplisting to the OTCQB or OTCQX.

The 211 and any other specific requirements are already being handled through the application process to uplist imo.

CE is way passed 30 days and with the proof of the “Independent Directors” added as of yesterday we are on our way!
