The hassle of the medication has made use unreasonable - I have over a hundred patients that have not gotten the med because of the insurance company etc etc - what do I do for those patients ? statins PCSK9's sglt2's etc. The same as what I will be doing for everyone now. In the ideal world everyone gets the med they need in the real word people are buying dog food instead. Thero was a buffoon and took a company with great science and destroyed it. KM does not seem to be doing any better at this point. Mid level management is next to useless. There is total disorganization in the ranks with people wandering around having no clue as to how to move the company forward and dont give a damn.

If Denner can clean house they may have a chance. If Marjac wins it will give the stock a boost but this company is so totally dysfunctional that I wonder if they will even be able to capitalize on such a gift.

Yes I have lost total respect for the business acumen of anyone associated with AMRN - how anyone could put Thero on a board after such a total and dismal failure of management is beyond me.
