Very good reply Mutat, thank you. One more question: I thought the independent valuation was for only ONE patent, not the entire company. The reason I say that is because it just now occurs to me that Koos MIGHT have been getting a valuation on one patent to either sell or develop a Licensing Agreement (maybe with $LLY) to purchase Canary, and not to sell the company....

Can anyone validate whether it was an independent valuation of one patent or entire company...??? Occams razor folks...(-:
