I don't know if Novartis have a hand in this, all I know is that AMRN management didn't do their job. And we now have to go through a prolonged process of comments and appeal, before V can be sold in UK with financial support of UK government.

If this recommendation stands, it like having no insurance coverage in UK.

I hope some of the clever people here on IH will spend some time going through the documents and comment where management failed.
