LOL! Of course whoever put them on the ask at .0003 "dumped" them. Doesn't change the fact that 1 or 2 peeps just dropped $30K buying those shares EOD yesterday. There's always a buyer and seller whether the ask is bought or the bid is sold. Most consider "dumping" as a sell to the bid. These were bought on the ask.
