Most absurd post I have read in awhile, and thats saying something.

You have to actually make it to a courtroom, in front a Judge, to be able subpoena documents. Even if a Class Action is filed, it will never get this far.

A very good friend of mine is founder and managing partner @ BERNHEIM/KELLEY Law in Boston....He looked at this and laughed, when I asked about a potential lawsuit. His words were: "The only time it will get off the Judge's desk, is when it gets thrown into the trash". His Firm is deep-rooted deep in big pharma and big tobacco lawsuits and has won some major cases...included a trial suit against Philip Morris just last year in Federal Court worth Millions....he took it to trial and won vs. settling. BK is also the top firm leading the class-action lawsuit vs. Columbia Gas from the huge gas explosion in Boston a couple years back. If he laughed, then I will too.
