My biggest concern is the housing market...and COOP getting caught up in another 2008 fiasco.

We've been trying to buy a house in AZ for the last 2 years (currently live in the crappy corrupt state of Illinois)....housing prices have exploded to almost California levels. No way they can be sustained, the bottom has to fall out.

2008 was super hard, lost lots of money, and Im hoping to avoid another disaster...but the COOP price stagnation, has me very worried. Im profitable, but not where I should be after 14 years of waiting.

My price target is still 100.00 plus to sell, but will we ever get there?????
