Agreed..(See link below)..MJLB's J1939 CANBUS ELD is a Top of the line cutting edge ELD, and Marbergen is a "Great INVENTOR" for building it...BUT

Having said that, his "Track Record" as a CEO is an Abysmal FAILURE, & all the Pump in the world will not change this.

His postings in a private telegram room and replies & emails against ANYONE Asking Simple questions about some "UNANSWERED QUESTIONS" have been met with Fire and Brimstone "Name Calling" by Michael-Steve Marsbergen, AND;
"Very Egotistical Childish Behavior" from a CEO who is SUPPOSED to be the Calm Cool Collective Professional Face of Ultrack/MJLB, the Professional running a Publicly traded company supposedly headed to the OTCQB then the NAS...

This CEO said Quote; "That He Does NOT want the SEC Involved in MJLB"
And why doesn't he want the SEC involved here?? That's one of the 20 Million Share questions he refuses to answer and he berates anyone who dares ask him "WHY"??

WHY BE A PUBLICLY TRADED COMPANY IF YOU DO NOT WANT THE SEC INVOLVED?? WTF?? Does that make ANY sense? The ONLY Reason a CEO would NOT want the SEC Involved is BCUZ THEY ARE HIDING SOMETHING! What else could it possibly be? WHY Be Publicly Traded then to begin with??

Marsbergen has shot himself in the foot so many times since the High-end Rental PR, I stopped counting. And now, this "Pet Tracker" which while it is a good idea for MJLB, it is NOT Going to be anything more than a Novelty item compared to the Fleet J1938 CANBUS ELD and the Monthly Revs the ELD will produce. Pet Tracker will be a "Blip on the screen" and quickly forgotten...IMO

It's my opinion that Marsbergen PR'd this Pet Tracker to try and get shareholders minds OFF HIS INCOMPETENCY and the Dozens of "Shooting Himself in the Foot" situations that have caused Investors to sell off/Pull cash out of MJLB and have devalued the stock from the $.15-.20 Base we had 12 months ago to the .02's to .04s base we have now.

I like that fact that many shareholders are trying to stay positive here, but this CEO's NUMEROUS Failures and his Offensive Berating Treatment of those shareholders asking questions CANNOT Just be "Swept Under the Rug".

IF ONLY MJLB HAD A COMPETENT CEO, & MARSBERGEN STAYED OUT OF THE LIMELIGHT AND AT HIS INVENTORS WORKSHOP & ALLOWED A PRO CEO TO RUN THE PUBLIC SIDE OF MJLB, WHO KNOWS WHERE MJLB WOULD BE RIGHT NOW??
