Charles Duncan is not a moron. He has been recognized by industry sources, including the StarMine Analyst Awards, as being among the best analysts for his fundamental and timely analysis. Additionally, Duncan has achieved Tip Ranks ranking that places him in the top 5% of all analysts and above the majority of other senior biotech analysts.

By the way, last August Duncan dropped coverage of SAVA (one of this board’s favorite punching bags). At the time, Duncan said that without non-public records from Cassava and raw data, it would not be possible to properly diligence the allegations made by a law firm in the citizen's petition filed with the Food and Drug Administration. Was that the action of a moron?
