You know, the blind squirrel story... Nothing like a nasty proxy fight when you need one! FRBK was a $3.40 stock about 6 weeks ago... PE is way out of line now, but it's all about the proxy fight for now... I'll keep cashing in if it goes higher... Best regards, Ken
