On the other hand, would they have back then known that in May 2021 the WHO would change the definition of GBM?

You have to know what percentage of IDH1 mutant is in the ECA, or you may be screwed.

Yes Like I said why would they not exclude the IDH1 mutant from the data. Its the other trail Senti was referring to. They have in the past NOT excluded the IDH1 mutant and I am pretty sure Senti is saying that NWBO wants to compare oranges with oranges. But Im pretty sure NWBO will showcase the data with and without IDH1 mutant just the with is to compare it with other trial data.
