Looks like Ethan has ties to Chinese business interests which we all know is competing for lithium. Might be a dark horse trying to get into the Salton Sea action maybe with ties to China. I don't think China has an interest in Salton Sea just yet.

Ethan does not look like he has a good financial track record with his last business being shut down because of taxes and he has been sued several times.
