Aah yes the 300 days as has been iterated here many times now. Ok lets take a look at what it actually is saying

Oncologists and other members of the cancer care team would presumably want that information sooner rather than later to be able to more appropriately prescribe those drugs and take care of their patients. But new data that reviewed 100 pharmaceutical company-sponsored clinical trials shows that the median delay from when results are available to publication of complete data was 300 days

when results are available... well the results were available just after data lock not many months after that which is in Oct 2020. Thats the whole idea of data lock the results can without any problem be accessed and are thus then be available. You can't just keep dragging the timeline when you think that Linda Powers said down and made time to unplug her ears to listen to what the results were. That's nonsense. It does not work that way it's not when management had a chance to cancel a golf tournament and make time to snort the data, its when the results are available.

Look. They are late very late with the publication. They encountered challenges and or were are waiting for something that holds/ held up the publication. The good news is that the results are excellent.
