Yes, good news in any form - be it partnerships/mergers, some big investors taking a huge position, some sort of approval or big positive news about a drug, etc. would mean a potential for increased pps. That alone should help to uplist withnin the OTC tier. There is no urgent need to go directly to NASDAQ at this moment in time. When it happens, it should be done from a position of strength and management surely knows how and when to time it.

For now we need that initial spark of success that builds up as events unfold.
