I agree with your thought completely and I am also in on ground floor and waiting. Could the disconnect also be related to the announcement of a potential future RS?

Investors find RSs scary and most shy away. There is no definite RS announced but the possibility has been mentioned.

What are your thoughts on that? IMO, the share structure is not terrible and the pps can move to uplifting potential without a RS. It just might take some time.

I expected the pps to move with the release of the top line results and I am surprised that it didn't.
