If the $NUGN company signs this contract the CEO of Emergent will be staying on with them as advisor for a year, so things should go well.

The post said we spoke, they are having a board meeting, and we're following up this afternoon. It's a big deal that the CEO will be working as an advisor to the new company. That's a massive commitment. They would make sure it does very well.

They aren't keeping their name on, the CEO will be an acting advisor for them. And, no, not weeks. We are waiting for them to call back today. Let's just wait and see though, there are a lot of moving parts and so many things can change. Gd knows things have changed many times.
