Why just Rett "now?" The number of girls with Rett is a fraction (tiny) of people with Parkinson's and Alzheimer's diseases.

Or, are you presuming blarcamesine (Anavex 3-73) must first "prove" itself on some lesser central nervous system disease before it can even be considered for the two biggies, Parkinson's and Alzheimer's?

Were they to know the evidence for blarcamesine efficacy and safety against Parkinson's and Alzheimer's, people (and caregivers) with those diseases would inveigh a similar "now" immediacy for blarcamesine.
