We are now pretending as if we are in the waiting period between Topline data and the submission of the BLA we are not. If the publication + TLD had been released then they could have addressed all that you have described and then some with raised funds at a higher SP and THEN have as wait forever for BLA.

I think the reason for the long wait is much simpler. Its because they decided to only release TLD with the publication and the publication has endured a huge delay for whatever reason.
