Well, when he was there the other day, very few shares got sold into his bid, and the same today.

So far he's bold, he sees this as a "current" bottom.

He then sold a bunch on ask, while bidding and feigning this optimism.

It would be dumb, if he didn't wait til this sentimental bottom.

He waits to put in his prop bids, playing on investor sentiment.

(Edited) Some Trade using psychology and preying on emotion. My guess is it's someone on this board that talks a lot about emotion and tries to sway it, imo.
